Kenyan fashion and runway model, Chesire Jesang is aiming to the best in her endeavors to hone her modeling talent and pursue success in the fashion and modeling industry in Kenya. She aspired to work with the biggest African fashion brands locally and internationally. We had the opportunity for a brief interview with the talented Kenyan fashion model;
1. Hey how would you like to introduce yourself?
1.My name is Tabitha Jesang Chesire a second year student studying at Chuka University Embu Campus, pursuing project planning and management,,,21years of age, 5’6 feet, weighing 48kgs.
2. When did you discover your passion for Modeling?
2 .I discovered my passion for modelling this year 2022.
3. Who are some of the fashion and modeling icons you look upto?
3. I look up to Cecilia Mwangi and Farah Khalek
4. How long have you been Modeling professionally?
4. I have been modeling for 5months
5. What opportunities and challenges have you encountered?
5. Some of the challenges I have encountered is that it has been difficult for me to get a trainer….for an opportunity I haven’t got any opportunity but am hoping to get one.
6. Which brands do you aspire to work with locally and internationally?
6. Right now am not able to answer that question concisely because I am still new to this industry and I am hoping to learn more but perhaps Kazuri and Denri.
7. What modeling or related projects are you undertaking or hope to undertake in future?
7. I have not undertaken any project but I would love to undertake projects that relate to creating positive change in the society.
8. Which are some of the pageants you have participated in before?
8. I have participated in the Models Arena Africa
9. What are your other hobbies and interests?
9. My hobbies and interests are travelling and visiting the less fortunate
10. What are your aspirations or things you hope to achieve through Modeling?
10. I hope learn the skills that can give me confidence…I also aspire to build my self esteem and be able to show my inner and outer beauty.
